Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms cover Leaders Hangar workshops, bootcamps and cohort sessions bought through this site. By paying for a seat, you are agreeing to them. We have tried to write them so you do not need a lawyer to understand them. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@leadershangar.com and we will explain it in plain terms.

Leaders Hangar is operated by Leaders Hangar Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202630687K), a company registered in Singapore at 2 Venture Drive, #13-26, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526.

What you are buying

When you pay for a seat on a workshop, you are buying:

  • A place in that specific session, on the date shown when you booked.

  • The materials used in that session, which are yours to keep and use in your own work.

  • Anything you create during the session. Your work belongs to you entirely.

You are not buying a qualification, a certificate, or ongoing access to a platform. Our workshops are practical working sessions. Where a session is part of a wider programme, what is included is stated on that programme’s page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the page.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Some prices are promotional and are marked as such. A promotional price applies only to the session you booked and does not carry over to future sessions.

Changing your mind, and getting your money back

More than 7 days before the session: tell us and we will refund you in full. No reason needed, no questions that you have to answer.

Within 7 days of the session: we cannot refund the payment, because the seat has been held and the session planned around who is attending. You have two alternatives, both free:

  • Send a colleague in your place. Just tell us their name and email.

  • Move your seat to any later date of the same workshop.

If you do not attend and did not tell us: we cannot refund the payment. If something serious happened, email us anyway. We would rather look at the situation than hide behind a rule.

To request any of the above, email hello@leadershangar.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

If we change or cancel a session

Our workshops run with a minimum number of participants, because the format depends on having a room of people working together.

If we cancel a session for any reason, including not reaching the minimum, you choose: a full refund, or a free transfer to another date. Your choice, not ours. We will tell you as soon as we know, and never later than 3 days before the session.

If we have to change the date, time, venue or format, we will tell you as soon as we can. If the change does not work for you, you can move to another date or have a full refund.

We do not cover travel, accommodation or any other costs you have arranged around a session. Please bear that in mind before booking anything non-refundable.

Seats and how they are allocated

Our workshops are capped at a small number of participants, shown on each page. This is a teaching decision, not a marketing one: the cap is the number at which every participant’s work can genuinely be reviewed in the session.

Seats are allocated first come, first served, on payment. When a session is full, we close it rather than adding people. If there is demand, we add another date.

What we expect from each other

From us: we will run the session as described, be honest about what it does and does not cover, and give you the materials and the time you paid for.

From you: turn up ready to work, bring what the page asked you to bring, and treat the other participants and their work with respect. People share real business problems in these sessions, and that only works if the room is safe.

We may ask someone to leave a session if their behaviour makes it unworkable for others. This is rare, and in that situation we would not refund the payment.

Confidentiality: participants discuss live campaigns and real numbers. Please do not repeat anyone else’s business information outside the room. We hold ourselves to the same rule.

Course materials and what you may do with them

The materials, frameworks and templates we give you are ours, and we license them to you to use freely inside your own organisation, including with your team. That is what they are for.

What you may not do is resell them, publish them, or teach them commercially as your own. If you want to run something based on our material for a wider audience, ask us. The answer is often yes.

Anything you produce in a session is yours, with no claim from us at all.

Your information and your privacy

We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the law that governs how organisations collect and use personal information.

What we collect: your name, email, company, job title and phone number when you book. Your answers if you fill in our pre-session questionnaire or post-session survey.

Why we collect it: to run the session you booked, to prepare content that fits the people in the room, and to improve future workshops.

The questionnaire and survey answers. We use these in two ways. First, to shape the session you are attending. Second, in anonymised and aggregated form, to understand what professionals need and to inform how we build our programmes, which may include sharing summary findings with partners or investors. Anonymised means your name, your employer and anything identifying is removed. We will never publish your individual answers, your company’s information or any figures you share, in a form that could identify you or your employer, without asking you first and getting a clear yes.

The questionnaire is optional. Your seat is not affected if you skip it.

Marketing. We will email you about the session you booked, because we have to. We will only send you anything else if you separately ticked the box asking for it, and every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Sharing. We share your data only with the services needed to run this: our payment provider, our email tools and our scheduling tools. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it. Booking records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Questionnaire and survey answers for three years, after which they are deleted or fully anonymised.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@leadershangar.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.

Photographs and recordings. We do not record our workshop sessions. If we ever want to take photographs at an event, we will ask everyone in the room first, and you can say no without any awkwardness.

Where we stand on liability

We deliver our sessions with care and to a professional standard. What we cannot do is guarantee a business result. Marketing outcomes depend on your product, your market, your team and a hundred things outside a four-hour room, so nothing we teach is a promise of revenue, growth or any specific commercial outcome.

If something goes wrong and we are at fault, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We do not accept liability for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

The rest

Changing these terms. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one published when you paid, and we keep dated copies. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.

If a part of this does not hold up. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Which law applies. These terms are governed by Singapore law, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Talking to us first. If you have a problem, email us before anything else. We would much rather sort it out directly, and in practice we almost always can.
