THE PROBLEM
You own a campaign outcome. The planning eats your week, the briefing eats another day, and the AI advice you find online is either a list of tools you do not use or a prompt that produces something you would never send to a customer.
The gap is not the tools. It is that nobody has shown you a workflow that runs end to end, from a blank brief to a campaign you would actually put your name on, with the AI doing the parts it is genuinely good at and you doing the parts it is not.
That is the whole session.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
01
A finished campaign plan
Not a template you fill in later. The actual plan for the actual campaign you walked in with: audience, message, channel, assets and how you will know it worked.
02
A prompt pack that fits your stack
The prompts we build and test in the room, tuned to your product and your tone, saved in a document you keep. These are the ones that survived being tried on real work, not the ones that sound clever.
03
A workflow you can run again
The five-step method, written down, so the second campaign takes you an hour instead of a week.
THE AGENDA
9:00 to 9:30
The brief that changes everything
Why most AI output is weak, and the single input that fixes it. You write the brief for your own campaign. We pressure-test three of them live.
9:30 to 10:30
Audience and message
Building an audience picture and a message hierarchy with AI as a research partner rather than a copywriter. You produce yours. We work through the ones that are stuck.
10:30 to 10:45
Break
Fifteen minutes.
10:45 to 12:00
Assets and production
The production workflow, run live. You build the first real assets for your campaign. This is the longest block on purpose, because this is where the time saving actually lives.
12:00 to 12:45
Measurement and the failure check
How you will know it worked, and the pre-mortem that catches the campaign that was going to flop. Every participant gets their plan reviewed out loud.
12:45 to 1:00
Your Monday plan
You write the three things you will do first, and we tell you which one to do on Monday.
WHO THIS IS FOR
A marketing or growth manager who owns a live campaign right now, works somewhere between 50 and 500 people, and has run enough campaigns to know where the time goes.
It is right for you if
You have a campaign in flight or starting in the next month.
You use AI occasionally and suspect you are using maybe a tenth of what it could do.
You would rather leave with your own work finished than with somebody else’s slides.
It is not right for you if
You want a certificate or a multi-week curriculum. This is neither.
You have never run a campaign. You will not have the raw material to work on.
You want a strategy off-site. This is a working session with laptops open.
WHO IS TEACHING
Daz has spent close to a decade building and running marketing, product and growth work for companies including Wallex, Animoca, XCL World Academy and Spireworks, across design systems, marketing technology and growth. He runs Leaders Hangar, and teaches the workflow he uses on client work rather than a tidied-up version of it.
Work behind this method has been delivered for Wallex, Maison, XCL World Academy, Spireworks, ITTECH and Animoca.
FOR YOUR MANAGER
I would like to attend the AI Campaign Sprint on Saturday 22 August. It is a four-hour practical session, S$250 at the current promotional price, held on a weekend so it does not affect delivery time.
I will come back with a completed campaign plan for [name the campaign], a set of tested AI prompts built around our product, and a repeatable workflow the wider team can use. The intended saving is the planning and production time we currently spend on every campaign cycle.
